Response Time: Most orders received
by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday)
are usually processed the same day. Orders received later
than 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
U.S. Options: At checkout, you
will have several shipping options. Not all items are available
for all shipping options. Please call our customer service
department at 1-800-433-1477 for details.
Non-U.S. Shipping: You will
be contacted by e-mail with exact shipping costs prior
to shipment. Upon your approval, your order will be processed.
Chocolate Orders: In warmer weather, orders containing
chocolates will only be shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays. It is highly recommended
that you select a shipping option that will arrive within two days. In extreme
hot weather, some items will not be shipped. If chocolates are “soft” upon
arrival, they can be refrigerated. Doing this may cause discoloration, but
the taste and quality will not be affected.
All orders carry a thirty (30) day money back guarantee.
All returns must be received by us within thirty (30) days
of the invoice date. NO EXCEPTIONS. All returns must include
a copy of your invoice with a notation stating the reason
for your return. Shipping and handling charges are not subject
to credit.
Items shipped to addresses outside the U.S. are not subject
to a manufacturer's warranty.
These products are not returnable for a refund or credit: OmniPod Integrated Infusion Sets, OmniPod Insulin Management Starter Kit, and all clearance items.
